Hey guys and welcome back to another blog. Today I will talk about the "Halo" trilogy made by Bungie. I will only talk about Halo 2 and 3 since I do not know the first game Halo: Combat Evolved.
Halo 2 was made in 2004. The story of this game starts at the Covenent capital planet "High Charity" where the prophets determine the faith of Thel 'Vademee(the Arbiter) for failing his mission. The punishment was to give him the Mark of Shame which is where Tartarus(brute commander) shall use a burning stick of fire and place it on the Arbiter's chest, burning him, not killing him. After that scene Master Chief wakes up and is awarded medals for bravery and other stuff. During this time the Covenent decided to trash the party by attacking the UNSC (United Nations Space Command) when they never took notice. It was war and the Covenent placed a bomb on all the UNSC ships, so the Chief decided to grab the bomb on his ship, and this is a huge bomb, and opened the airlock. Sending himself to space and threw the bomb to a Covenent ship, crazy huh. He then lands to the ring along with other troops and fight the Covenent in a place called New Mombasa. The army is being led by Regret and flees the battle along with taking Captain Miranda Keyes, Captain Keyes' daughter. Back to Arbiter, the prophets give him one chance and gave him the title as Arbiter. After the next few levels you kill Regret and the Arbiter then was brought along with you to the Gravemind a higher intellectual Flood body. They then get teleported to different areas. The Arbiter was sent to a place where many of his kind died, but not from the UNSC but the Covenent. Betraying not him but to his kind. A rebellion started between Elites and Covenent and the Elites decided to help the UNSC. The Master Chief went to another ring activation zone and Tarturus was going to activate the ring. He didn't know that the ring was to destroy life itself he was told by the Prophets that it brang them to a better fortune. You then kill Tarterus and stop the ring but left Cortana behind and ending the game.
The next and finally of the "Halo" trilogy from Bungie. It starts at a jungle where the Chief crashed and a group of marines find you. The marines bring you back from some kind of armor lock and Chief saw a figure that was invisible. It was the Arbiter and he used one of his guns under the neck almost killing him but Chief's friend, Johnson, stopped him. After that they go back to a base and later was under attack by Covenent forces, so the marines decided to blow the place up along with the Covenent. All the marines survived but the Covenent did not and Chief did not make it out since the elevator broke. Yet he survived the explosion and leaves. You then drive vehicles and go through a highway to meet the troops. Covenent also came to fight but lost. After the mission you go through a abandon city where the Flood live, along with the Gravemind but you will not be killed by him. After going through the Gravemind the UNSC finds you and sends you up from the Gravemind. After that you and the UNSC, along with Elites, head to a halo station and deactivate the beams that power the ring. After that you fight off the Covenent and Flood to get to Truth. After you get to Truth the Arbiter kills him with a energy sword through the chest. The Gravemind gets angry and tries to kill you and you go back in to get Cortana back. After that you go to the final halo station and kill the protector of the ring, Spark also known as Guilty Spark. Then Cortana sets the ring to blow up and you and the Arbiter flee to the ship, Foward Unto Dawn. The game ends after Chief sleeps in a capsule and placed Cortana in a computer.
That is the story of the "Halo 2" and "Halo 3" from Bungie.
